The Story
Seeking vibrant femininity rooted in innate creation
Every woman can become in tune and in awe of the intricate design of their bodies…
A woman’s fertility is central to her health. The health of the mother is essential to the health of the entire family. Even if she is not in a stage where she is trying to conceive, her fertility matters.
Tuning into the innate wisdom of her body will set her up for longterm health.
Health is not a diet. Health is a lifestyle. Fertility is not something we strive for when trying to conceive, fertility is a lifestyle. Pregnancy is not a state packed full of do’s and donts, pregnancy is a lifestyle.
Femininity is not what the world things it is. It is lifestyle that we get to lean into in vibrant, glowing wellness.

Ever since I was a young girl, I struggled with body image issues, and never knew where to turn. I carried this distorted image of myself from middle school to high school. This left me completely malnourished and kicked off a cycle of under-eating and over-exercising.
After I recovered from these disordered patterns, I faced many health struggles that could have been avoided through simply nourishing my body. I had unfortunately fallen right into the calorie-in, calorie-out style of eating, along with ultra-intense cardio workouts that left me exhausted for days. This wreaked havoc on my thyroid and hormones.
After eight years of feeling bloated, experiencing irregular/ painful cycles, facing horrible migraines, and developing autoimmune reactions to gluten, I’d had enough. My doctors simply suggested the birth control pill, tums, and food elimination. Two years later, after another health crisis, I had my first experience with root cause treatment. Instead of getting a quick fix through band-aid medications, I was truly healed from my health issue.
I started doing my own research and realized how little information and lack of education there is about how the human body innately works, and how much of our health is interlinked with nutrition, stress, and environmental factors.
I began readjusting my diet and lifestyle and was able to transform my health. Now, I feel called to share what I have learned with you, so that you can experience the same freedom.
As I dug into this research, I also reignited my love for the process of childbirth, something which I was originally planning on pursing in my career, before I took a GAP year from school. In this research, I have discovered an even deeper passion for pre-conception pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and motherhood, which just like my nutrition research, has lead me down a path to discover how innately wise the female body is, and how it was intricately designed for pregnancy and birth.
My deepest desire is that women would be empowered with the knowledge that their bodies are not broken (or machines) and do not need to be fixed (or managed).
Yes, they made need healing from broken attempts to fix them, but they can be healed and thrive in the way they were created to, from maiden to motherhood, and beyond.
I believe every person can become in tune with the innate wisdom of their bodies, and only need a place to begin on their journey.
